Express Premium Finance Company was formed in 1994 to finance commercial insurance premiums for insurance agents in Oklahoma. Since then Express has greatly expanded its customer base into many additional states offering a full range of premium financing products and services. We have remained a privately held, independent premium finance company dedicated to our customers.
