ACH Autopay payments are FREE and automatically posted to your checking or savings account the day your payment is due, excluding holidays. Complete this form and fax or mail it to us to add or change your ACH Autopay bank account information.

Online Payments
Online payments are FREE through our website 24/7. Payments are posted the following working day, excluding holidays.

Phone Payments
Automated phone payments are FREE and may be made 24/7 by calling (800) 728-2902 and pressing option "1". Payments are posted next working day, excluding holidays.

You may also make payments by contacting Customer Service during business hours at (800) 728-2902 and pressing "0". A $15.00 transaction processing fee will be added to the payment amount, and payments made after 3:00 PM may be credited the next business day, excluding holidays.

Credit Card Payments
You may make a credit card payment using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card by contacting Customer Service. Credit card payments are ONLY AVAILABLE IN CERTAIN STATES AND A NON-REFUNDABLE $25.00 FEE PER PAYMENT APPLIES. Credit card payments above $750 cannot be accepted.

Wires
Wire transfers can be made directly from your authorized account. Please contact Customer Service at 800-728-2902 for our wiring instructions.

By Mail
Please mail your payment to the address on your coupon or statement. WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER WITH YOUR PAYMENT.
If paying on multiple accounts, please use a separate check for each account to ensure proper credit. We accept personal and business checks, cashier's checks and money orders.
Do not send cash. Check should be made payable to Express Premium Finance.
